Description
In western Manitoba, one morning I decided to go for a drive while out scouting for wildlife since everything around me was covered in rime frost, my eye caught this slightly dark figure in the trees, zooming into it, a very pleasant surprise a Grey Horned Owl sits watching and swivelling its head, perhaps hearing the scratching of the under ice packed snow. As I hooted to him, he swiveled its head to give me this pose.
